HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We offer safe shopping and accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card & Debit Card or VISA. Feel free to choose the one most suitable for you. All products are listed in US Dollars but our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when you place your order.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, just reply to your order confirmation email or send us an email at support@theoutdoorcycle.com with the correct information. This can be corrected within 24 hours.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, we provide a tracking for each and every order. Once your product is shipped within 2-5 days, your tracking details will be available. 
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you are buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may place a temporary hold on your items, without any explanation.
This is a rare case, but if your order does get held up in customs, we suggest that you contact your country's customs department and ask for the immediate release of your items. If your never gets released by customs, just contact us and well be happy to send you a replacement :)
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
No worries, simply visit our return policy guide for more information about returning your item. If you are still having trouble, just send us an email support@theoutdoorcycle.com immediately and we will walk you step by step through the process. 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes of course and at no penalty whatsoever! However, you must cancel your order 24 hrs after creating it to apply the cancellation.
